watch certain movie files.
It's getting rather annoying.
It doesn't tell me why it does it, it just says Firefox needs to close.
What's up with that?

I'd suggest redownloading/updating the flash plugin
here
If that doesn't work, try reinstalling Firefox

You're probably running too much stuff at once. If not, then there's something in the background.
Close some stuff. If that doesn't help, run an anti-virus and anti-spyware. Do a disk defragment if you have to.

Try this,
Go to: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins
Rename the file "NPSWF32.dll" to something like "NPSWF32.dll_bak"
Reinstall Flash Player.
