This is a video of pure joy to all FMA fans. Anyway, I was told it takes place in between FMA Brotherhood ep. 20 and 21. I could be wrong, but you need to watch Brotherhood to understand it, or at least get the references and why they have certain abilities, i.e Al being able to transmute without a circle. It's been out for a while in Japan, but is supposedly in american theaters NOW. Sadly, I can't go see it. Oh well, Still, I'll see it one day. It's the last FMA chapter I'm yet to view, for now.
