True story. Exact thing happened when I got this as a present. I thought it was stuck with the wrapper somewhere, and looked for it for 10 minutes.

How do you get Soundwave's chest door to sit at an angle flush with the sloped part of the front of his hood in vehicle mode? I've seen photography of people managing this, as well as in some online video reviews, but the stock photography on the back of the box just lets in hang down, leaving a gap. It looks like there are two tabs on the top of the piece that should catch and hold with gravity and friction, but it doesn't work for me. Is there a trick to it? It'll stay if I bend the spikes on the bottom back at an angle, resting them against the plastic of the vehicle frame, but it looks like they are supposed to stick out forward, not backward.
