dont think its photo shopped there is a flash spot which means someone actual took a pic of a real box .
He means the image itself was shopped by Hasbro. Because they always do that for their production shots. The figure won't have all that nice shading and such when it's in your hands.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

thank you. finally somebody with a little sense. i'm tired of their being 'better' releases of the same figures too. the first movie taught me a lot, but it looks like the cycle is about to start again with some of the other/previous posters. i may have missed other comments that had some sense, because it just wasn't possible to make it through six pages of people getting all wet over a new Prime that is likely going to have three or four updates within the next year and a half anyway. silly. waste of time and money.

No, I have most of the Primes, but I don't buy simple repaints like the entire "Premium" line from the first Movie. If it's supposed to be a new character I care about (seekers, etc), then I will buy repaints. If I'd known they were going to do that I might have waited and not bought the first release, like I did with Jazz (got the G1 repaint instead). Now I know better so I'm going to be a lot more cautious about the next Movie line, because I know if I buy something Hasbro's just going to release it again with something else added, and I don't have the money to buy both.
My point is, it's still Optimus Prime with the same robot & alt modes, they just engineered it better...which they could have done the first time. As it is, I'm satisfied enough with the first Movie Prime so I will pass on this one for now, and see what happens with future releases, or pass on it altogether if time doesn't convince me I want it.
I'm a collector on a budget, I can't afford to buy everything they put out.
