fun pub does not care for customers or fans

hi every one my name is mike i have to tell this story Transformers Collectors' Club funpub. i have been a long time transformer fan but i have a problem i know u cant do any thing about this but getting the word out would help . i would appreciate getting the word out and help me. me and my bro have been loyal transformer fans for years he was one day late on a payment. that they never warn him about a head of time and took the money and desided not to send the figures . but the people who run the hasbro funpub subscription service are hart less my brother was helping flood relief and at the same time helping me and my disable abused mother out cause where losing our home to my abusive father. but if you would get the word out that hasbro fun pub does not care about its customers and would steal from customers i would appreciate it thank you. here is some of the emails that where sent to my brother

There were no Emails from you guys on any of these you may of drafted them but they were not sent nor received. There were no updates to your website or facebook. There lies the burden of proof that your true integrity is in question about letting people know about billing. You wouldn't even help me when I wanted to attend Botcon. All I can do is ask for you to cancel my membership I have been with you guys a while now. I do thank you for your time though. I was away for a couple of weeks repairing flooded homes with the north east natural disaster team and helping my mom who is lossing her home to a abusive man
