Future evolution of TFs in your opinion

Motto: "Where is this global warming that scientists talk about this winter?"
Weapon: Neptune Sword
Take your favorite continuity (that is based in the years from 1984 to the present day even the G1 version of 2012) imagine that the Great War lasted much, much longer. What would the Transformers of the future be like? Would they been like Beast Wars or would they have been very different? For guideline, I will mention various years, please be free to add your own.
