In episode 46 Starscream has Landimne pinned but he says he won´t kill him..I was seing this and tought that that wasn´t Starscream character, after all he favors kicking your oponent while they are down.

Is this Cybertron or Galaxy Force? If it's the one that aired on Cartoon Network, that's your problem. It was probably just a watered down dub.

Well, I'm assuming he means Cybertron seeings how he used the name Landmine instead of Gaurdshell.

I never got that far in the series, but they were trying to connect it to Armada and Energon(big failure doing that), and in Armada Starscream was a noble and honorable warrior. In Energon, he was under Megs control most of the time. So I am assuming between Energon and Cybertron he got his nobility back.

Seeings how Cybertron/Galaxy Force really had nothing to do with Armada/Energon, that is all just my opinion.

Plus, GF/Cyb Starscream is awesome. A backstabber, just like G1. A huge throwback to the king!
