So, I had $10 to spare, and I thought to myself, hey, you know what I could go for?

BloodRayne:
Hot redhead vampire chick with Laura Bailey's sexy sexy voice, slicing up Nazis. In the end, can you really ask for more? Yeah, you can, this game isn't great, but it's good enough for me to keep playing. It helps that feeding involves making sucking noises and moaning.

Just killed the hot Nazi scientist chick (Apparently only civilians are allowed to actually cover the entirety of their breasts. This is not a complaint) and now I'm trying to find my way to the mine where the Xenomorph's cousins are coming out of. They're like reverse Chestbursters.

So I did the "House of Horrors" quest. This mace is awesome looking.
Hey, did you know that you can mine an ore vein, just be hitting it with attack strikes? Dual wield pickaxes and you can get the ore out in a couple seconds. That coupled with known mine locations and Transmute, and you've got a nice way to make some gold on the side.

i learned the Call Storm shout, or whatever it's called. What does it do exactly, besides call a storm? It doesnt really help me out all that much.

Apparently using the spell of fear on a chicken is considered a crime punishable by jail time, yet I can put a cauldron on a guard's head as he's walking along, and that doesn't do a thing.

You must not be paying attention. Storm call's lightning effects aren't just for show. try it out in a town and watch your bounty skyrocket.

Mega Man Xtreme 2: Soul Eraser
OK, that was painful. The first stage wasn't so bad with Velguarder as the boss but the second... That Tank (Isaz and Sowilo) was unfair at times. But I beat him and blazed through Gareth (Berkana was taken care of off-screen), only to find out Sigma was the instigator. Yeah, didn't see that coming. >:oP

Next up, boss rematches and Sigma himself!

GAME.OVER!
Completed the expansion pack. Summary of final accomplishments:
Defeated the Mother, but let the architect live. Saved Amaranthine. Vigil's keep held its own thanks to the upgrades I invested in. No party members died (although Velanna was thought crushed but her body was never located). In general, a 'good' ending all around.
Just downloaded the Witch Hunt DLC. Once that's done, I will finally move on to DA2.

Whenever I swim under water on the outside of Riften, I hear a voice saying things like "Why are you pursuing me?"
I cant find anything on this in the wiki, because I dont know who it is and/or what quest it's linked too. Anyone know anything?

Could be a headless horseman sighting, although I don't know why you only hear it underwater.

So the hot redheaded vampire chick used a stolen giant robot to blow up a bunch of Nazis, while flooding the radio with sarcasm while she does so. This is the best game ever made.

It kinda is. Because no matter where you go, there's a health source everywhere. I liked the cheat "show me my guns" also because the guns are then not invisible when they're put away.

No, I have seen the headless horseman.
He's never said anything to me. The sound moves around under the water, makes me think if I swim long enough, I'll find him. Maybe he's trotting along the shoreline and I'm just to stupid to realize it? I don't know, a dragon attacked after a while the last time I tried it, and I haven't really been back there since.

How many hours can someone get in Skyrim? I've heard someone say they almost have like 100 hours and is still not done with the game.

I guess I should get Skyrim then. Because one of my life's problems is that games don't last enough to be in my definition as "a good game".

You Should Get Very Soon, those 500+ Hours are only for one character who only finished every quest and explored every Dungeon, there 10 Races to try out and sometimes you want play it as a Evil Character or sometimes as a good character, so you if may stay with you Forever, There aren't just 100+ Quests to do, there are many Dungeons to explore, side to take, people to talk with and whole Skyrim to explore, you may try to immerse yourself by eating something every now and then and Sleep in night then wake up at Day, there is just...lots of stuff to do, and Bethesda is still making DLC, and if you get on PC, there are mods that improve the game a lot (even thought it's already awesome) some that add new quests or even a whole new country with loads of quests and areas to explore (such as Moonpath to Elswyer, which gives you the ability to visit Elswyer, where you can do lots of quests and explore lots of it's varied locations) some that simply balance some stuff and improve Gameplay and much more....Skyrim is a must get game.

They aren't kidding about the time estimates. Skyrim records me as having put in 217 hours by the time I considered myself 'done'. That game consumes you as much as some MMOs.

I don't know about the extra characters or additional playthroughs though. The game is structured such that mastering multiple classes is possible. I was a maxed out light-armored dual-wielding fighter, but a change of clothes and I was also a maxed out destruction/conjuration mage. Switch again and I had full stealth and lockpicking skills. You can get multiple classes on the same character in the same game.

You should try other races, though, it really puts a new spin on the game. Like, High Elves can literally just walk through the Thalmor Embassy if they pick up the robes early on, other races, not so much. Oblivion did the same thing; the Dark Elf prisoner in the cell opposite yours would usually taunt you, but if you play as a female Dark Elf, he'll hit on you.

Death Rally:
So, Death Rally was a racing game, and also Duke Nukem was in it. And I had the shareware version when I was a kid, and I loved it. And then they remade it, still a top-down racer, and it's still amazing.

I'm literally just playing the same track over and over and over to get upgrades and new weapons and whatnot. Once I'm confident (Read as: Maximum leveled Rocket Launcher) I'll go and do the story missions.

Just finished hard mode for FOC last night. Not quite as taxing as I thought, with the right weapons and full upgrades. Fluked the final fight between OP and Megs, though. Had only 5% HP left, when the final strike killed OP.

Thinking of tackling Deus Ex - HR on hard mode next, but that ridiculously one-sided fight between Barret and Adam is giving me second thoughts.

Barret is the big dude with the gun arm, right? That's exactly where the save from my latest playthrough is, and I haven't touched it in a while. As amazing as that game is, pretty much everyone is willing to admit, yeah, the bosses suck.

Isn't the recent Dues Ex a prequal to the old game?

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
So I started playing this seeming how my PS2 crapped out on me and I can't find MGS4. But I'm past where I found Amanda, rescued her and now I'm looking for Chico. But I haven't played this game before so I might be in a wild ride. And the game started with Big Boss and Kaz talking to the KGB agent and Paz. It seems this KGB agent has an audio recording of The Boss, Naked Snakes mentor, after she was sopposed to be dead. This takes place after MGS3 of coarse.

Yup, that'd be him.

He was annoying on easy mode, aggravating on normal, and I don't think I want to find out what he'd be on hard mode.

Throwing those gas tanks(or was it explosive barrels?) at him is very hard. His automatic gunfire tends to either explode them, or you drop them when he hits you and you get damaged yourself. And his damn gun actually chews away whatever cover you're hiding behind.

Did I mention the amount of grenades he lobs at you?

I optimized my armor and fully upgraded my Magnum (not sure if I got the explosive rounds upgrade though) before fighting him, and he still cut through it like paper. Can't even remember how many Magnum rounds it took to kill that SOB. And that's just on normal mode.

Funny how they stuck what seems to be the hardest boss fight on the earliest part of the game. I practically breezed through Yelena (black chick with cheetah legs) and Namir (looks like a skinned, plasticized corpse when naked) on normal.

Yelena is easiest if you have the augment to give you immunity to electrified floors, Namir is easier if you don't get that biochip upgrade thingy in China when it recommends that you do that. I did not have either when I first played the game. That was a bad idea.

(I made damn sure Faridah survived, though)

Thank Primus for walkthroughs. I prepped myself pretty well before facing Yelena (electricity immunity upgrade) and Namir (no biochip, unlocked thermo-vision upgrade and equipped the laser cannon), and they went down relatively easily.

Too bad there's nothing you can do to prep against Barret, besides armor upgrades and getting the most powerful weapon at the time (Magnum for me.)

BTW, does saving Faridah make any difference in the game other than not seeing her corpse at Tong's hideout, and that she comes to pick up the scientists after the Namir fight? Because that's the only difference I noticed.

I'm not sure, but I know it's an emotional thing. I've heard people say that they let Malik die, because they were on pacifist runs. But when they saw her executed, or when they saw her body stripped of augments on a back alley operating table, the pacifist runs ended.
