I beat it with evil karma and now I have to play it a third time because I didn't set the difficulty to hard before restarting it. I just need 2 more trophies to go to get the platinum.

Made it to Prison island and found that the prisoner was a giant. I released the Giant so that he could power up my blade. I then made short work of the attacking Mechon but this revealed a startling secret. Also watched someone else die. Well, you win some and you lose some.
Assassins Creed: Revelations
On the prince's behalf, took out a traitor. Only problem is that when I killed him, I found out he wasn't a traitor but was trying to bring down the enemy by pretending to work with them. Oops.
Side mission wise, found the 4th Masyaf key in an offshore tower that involved a falling rock puzzle. From there, Relived one of Altair's memories from when he was 82. So I'm reliving a genetic memory of an ancestor who is reliving the genetic memory of another ancestor.
At some point this will go Inception on me and we'll find the entire assassins creed story is taking place in the far future and is the result of a 2205 assassin reliving Desmond's life.

That's impossible. I haven't played Revelations yet so I can't play 3 yet. But How are they accessing their DNA memory if it's not in their DNA? That's crazy talk.
Dishonored
I've played this and beat it. And with only 37% of the trophies. I totally love this game. My favorite power is the devouring swarm where you can summon a bunch of rats and they attack nearby enemies. My brother is playing it now but when he gets done, I'm going to go through a second play through by killing nobody.

I'm with Wigglez. In context of the story, that defies all established continuity and explanation of genetic memory.

The Masyaf Keys (Which are First Civilization tech, like the Apples) don't use genetic memory. What Ezio is seeing are memories Altair embedded in them himself.
...I kinda want to play through the Ezio Trilogy again now...

What about AC 1,2, and Brotherhood where Dezmond hasn't touched the apple but still is able through the animus? Especially when the animus is only used to amplify the DNA memory. I have to replay everything. Anybody else have the comics of the other guy. I forgot his name and the comic is buried somewhere, but it's about the Russian assassin

I'm...not sure what you're asking me. Altair recorded a selection of memories onto the Masyaf Keys, Ezio viewed those memories, thus his visions would be imprinted on his genetic memory, and viewable by Desmond. The Animus views genetic memories, but the Masyaf Keys just show whatever is printed on them.

I'm half way through the game on my third play through. This time, I started it on hard so I can finally get that trophy. After I beat the whole thing again, then I'll be looking for the blast shards. And I'm still waiting for my brother to finish Dishonored so I can start playing that again.

SUNLIGHT! Unlocked the Solar Gun. Really fun weapon! Not as fun as Tengishima though.
Asura's Wrath
Trying to S Rank "A New Cause"
I swear, it's impossible! I can get 100% Synchronization Rate just fine, what gets me is, I need to hit Asura enough to get at least 7000 Battle Points.
The grading goes as fallows:
Time
Battle Points
Synchronization Rate
The problem here is, in the time it takes to get an S in battle points, I'll get a B in time. Or, if I whip him real quick, I get an S in time, but a B in Battle Points.
There is no way around it! I need to get both, but there isnt ANY way to hit my aponent more in less time. What the hell do I do?
Anyone have any tips?

GAME.OVER!
Ezio's jaunt to Constantinople ends with a forsaken prize, a bowing out of Ottoman politics, but an Italian redhead. So overall, a plus.
Incidentially, I found what Shadowman was referring to earlier. One of the developers stated that Ezio and Altair are both Desmond's ancestors, but are from different sides of the family. Distant cousins, basically. Can't say I agree with this interpretation but the producers have made it canon so can't exactly argue. Oh well. Moving on.

Related note: I just tried the demo for RE6. It is pimp as hell. Leon's level was the best, it brought back traditional Zombies, as well as putting more focus on dark, creepy atmosphere. Chris's level was even more action-y then 4 and 5, and Jake--you know what, screw it, Sherry's level was cool just for being able to play as Sherry. (She went from a scared little kid to a hot blonde not afraid to jump up and kick a zombie in the face) Definitely going to pick up the full game, once I'm done saving up for Borderlands 2.

You should definitely buy RE6. I just finished all the levels, and am currently playing through to unlock skills and save skill points. It's got it's own issues (mostly limited to QTE's, forced camera angles and the fact that enemies continue to approach and attack the player even during a cutscene) but it's certainly an awesome game.
Four story lines and seven players to choose from, each with their own unique set of weapons.
IMO, its a definite improvement from RE5, although Mercenaries has gotten much tougher than RE5's. Enemies get more and more aggressive and numerous as your combo chain grows, and you can't use any of the techniques learned from RE5 Mercenaries game. You can't do quick reloads from inventory while climbing stairs since the menu's been redone, and no thanks to the physical gauge, you can't do endless physical attack anymore).
There's separate list of skill points to buy just for Mercenaries, but they're not half as useful as the ones available in campaign.
In short, much better campaign mode, but unnecessarily tough Mercenaries mode.

Hahah, you'd think that.
The forced camera angles this time around also happen during QTE's, and can get downright disorienting the first few playthroughs.

The worst thing is that it makes absolutely no difference in actual gameplay. You move too slowly to dodge enemy fire. It does look nice and dramatic as you enter a room while aiming, though.
Honestly, I don't even know why they bothered implementing it. Quick dodging is the only effective way to avoid lunges and boss attacks.

If I've never played the first Borderlands before, would it be confusing jumping into the sequel. While I won't be buying the game any time soon (planning on getting Hitman Absolution first), I like to keep a list of potential games to get at a later date.

A little. The first game was pretty light on story, but the second one drops tons of references to it. I would definitely recommend you play them both in order.

Thanks for the heads-up.
The first Borderlands is pretty old, so I'm not sure if I can find it. Which puts me in a quandary. If I bought the sequel and can't find the first game, playing the sequel could confuse the hell out of me. But if I passed on both, I might have trouble finding both when the sequel gets sold out.
Might have to pass on both altogether.
Thanks, anyway.

Dragon Age 2
Still trying to build supplies for the Deep roads run. Main story points are that I've encountered both anders and Fenris but haven't run their missions yet. Working on an on-going quest to track a lost mage boy.
Went for variety in my character design. My Warden (locust) was a male City-elf Warrior templar spirit mage. My Hawke (Buggina) is a red-headed Dual-weilding rogue. Let's see where this goes.
FEAR3
GAME.BEATEN!
Finished the game as Point man and earned 'favorite son' status. Ran a mission as Fettel to try it out. Fun, but not worth replaying fully. Moving on.
XenoBlade Chronicles
Still in love with this game. My battle in allahad fortress brought an entire chunk of the Mechonis crashing back to the world below. In the process, I rescued a lost comrade but have become separated from the others. Time to get searching.
New Super Mario Bros
i keep forgetting I have a DS. yeesh.... Played up through world 5. All star coins so far and found the cannon to world 8.
