Because that's pretty much what it is? It's Raph in his Nightwatcher armor.

I didn't know Raph even had Nightwatcher armor! Guess Turtles has done a lot of things since they came back. I personally have a nastalgia for the old stuff, and couldn't get into the new series.

Lucky for us, 90% of that 90% was transferred into Star Fox 64.
