Nah, the point of reveal the shield is to have a new line out on shelves and to appeal to nostalgia freaks like me.

Haha, yea pretty much, i'm sure most little kids don't care thaaat much about the mystery...but really the toy.

found fallback and turbo tracks at kohl's about three weeks ago ! on sale 9.95 each. and target and toys r us has dirge, and the whole wave out. ..prob gone now. and this little hole in the wall store called toys r us express has animated hotrod ironhide and cyb. ratchet.! oh any my wife got me 2010 Unicron! she loves me! lol

Picked up Thrust today at Kohls! The packaging was all torked up, but that didn't bother me. They also had Cybertronian Prime/Bumblebee

Just need to find Dirge now and await Thundercracker's arrival and me seekers and coneheads will be complete!

yes, for a scout is is awesome. i dig his nod to the G1 design. I am very pleased with him.

I got Jazz and Tracks, as well as Generations Cliffjumper, Thunderwing, and the gray tank repaint.

I walked down the Wally World toy aisle last night and low and behold, 1 Rodimus v. Cyclonus 2-pack!

Needless to say, I made the purchase.

They also had the exclusive movie Skywarp/Ramjets for 11.00 a piece.

I picked up Blurr, Soundwave and Megatron last night. I still need to get the Rodimus 2 pack.

You know, a few weeks before Christmas when I started collecting again, I saw Red Alert AND Dirge on the pegs in Target. I remember telling the guy I was with how cool it was to see them made again...and then I left.

I am now in a constant state of regret for not buying both of them. Looking at the new dead on likeness of Cyclonus and Thrust on my shelf really makes me appreciate this new generation/RTS line of figures. I've limited my purchases now to the characters I grew up with (G1). I can't wait for Wheeljack!

I hope I come across these two guys again soon.

Message I was just at walmart here and they had dirge and red alert. I also was able to get soundwave and another blurr.

Are those scout class any kool. I pick up two couldn't pass them up at that price.

Believe it or not, I just happened to make a pit stop with the wife at K-Mart last night (haven't shopped there in years), and there he was...Tracks....hanging on the peg! 12 less dollars in my wallet.

There was another Autobot hanging there named Backdrop, Backflip, Outback..I forgot the name. He was a brown truck/suv. Didn't get him because I wasn't familiar with the character.

The arrogance that is Tracks is great, especially in bot mode. Nice piece!

Nabbed the last Battle in Space yesterday at my local Target and special thanks goes to Shokwayve for helping me out about it. Cool set and i wish they had more.

Was out and about on New Years eve and stopped at the Mechanicsburg, PA Target, sauntered down the toy aisle and there were 3 RTS Battle in Space packs. I grabbed one! went back today, they had 0 left, lots of WFC Cliffjumpers on the pegs along with some PCCs Thunderwing, Sea Attack Ravage, Dirge, Terradive as well as some scouts and a few HFTD voyager class which i wasnt interested in because of the terrible colour scheme, i think it was a hovercraft of some kind but it looked hella dumb (was really disappointed with HFTD line, not many winners). Stopped at Walmart today, only a few RTS on the pegs, and alot of PCCs and scouts, a few Red alerts nothing else of note there. I think we will see the next wave very shortly as most of the places I have been to have not restocked their TF shelves since new years.

What do people think of Tracks? I am tossing on getting United and Generations.

I don't have it, nor do I care for the character, but the vehicle and bot mode look awesome, and the United version has the most amazing paint job from the pics I've seen. If I didn't like getting the same molds, as well as weren't picking up Wheeljack, I'd say definitely buy it, if atleast the united version.

Found a case of reveal the shield 2 pack. Whoo! Finally got one.

Bought Drift, Special Ops Jazz, Cybertron Megatron, Soundwave, Blurr, Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and the Rodimus/Cyclonus 2 Pack.

And Soundwave looks pretty damn cool in his Boom-Box Mode

I was browsing my local Targets & Toys R Us and actually found some things I never thought I would buy (I've been collecting original G1s and re-issues). I snatched up Generations Red Alert, Dirge, Thrust, Cybertronian Megatron, Cybertronian Soundwave, and 2 Reveal the Shield Rodimus & Cyclonus. I love how they look close to the originals. I too am sticking to only buying ones that I had as a child. I'm now on the hunt for Jazz & Tracks Reveal the Shield and some of the Universe 2.0 figures.

Haha, thats how it starts, my freind. Eventually you'll want to fill in every Best G1 incarnation available, haha. My first classics bot was classics Ramjet, even though I intially owned the G2 ramjet. Good Haul though, gota love that they're finally giving us some G1 love.
