Generations Rattrap

Just a word of warning to anyone lucky enough to actually find a Generations Rattrap. I discovered upon first opening him that the pegs above the elbows that slot into the bicep swivel joints are too thick, which results in the joint not turning because it is way too tightly jammed in there. The white plastic is also fairly soft, so if you try to "work it free" by just turning it, you would likely snap it or twist the plastic itself.

I was able to push the parts out sideways by shoving a small screwdriver through the little slot on the outside of the bicep. After that it was just a matter of sanding the offending surfaces down a bit and reinstalling the part. Works just fine now.

Thanks for the heads-up. Mine just shipped from BBTS and I expect to get it soon, so I'll keep this in mind when I open it.

Just got mine. I was careful with the joints you described. I wiggled them gently at first, and while they were a bit tight, they moved fine. So I didn't have any problem. However, I can easily see how this COULD be a problem in some figures. If the fit was jut a bit tighter and I tried to rotate the piece forcefully, I can see how it would break.
