Erm, well, technically, what you've got is a show-accurate look, since the Encore Twincast's head was colored show-accurately instead of colored more like its original toy (which had a silver face and golden eyes). I think it is possible to paint translucent plastic into another color while keeping its translucence and getting the intended color. I've seen fan customizer Cheetimus Primal do it with the Star Saber than comes with Beast Hunters Optimus Prime in his customizations of the mold.
