We received this tidbit of good news from a collector with a keen eye:

Hey there! I stumbled across the Generations FoC Soundwave & Soundblaster today on the TRU website. The way they were listed was kinda tricky. It didn't show up on searching "soundwave"...but when typing the name in the search it showed up. (guess it's because the name lists "Soundwave/Laserbeak". In case this is of interest to anyone! :P

Needless to say, my order was placed, and I already have my confirmation e-mail!

I peeked in the forums, but didn't see anything about this yet...so just thought that I would share the good news!

Damn, this is going to have to wait until post-Christmas.

Can't wait to get Soundwave (and whenever he pops up, Blaster) and his lil' minions.

Picked these two up and tossed in a Power Dive to get free shipping. There goes the cash I set aside for Granamyr. Ah well.

Hey Fellow Transformer Fans,

I sent this in to the NEWS on here but haven't seen it post yet...

While ordering Soundwave and Soundblaster, I noticed that FE Prime and Bulkhead were available too. I snatched mine up at the actual store, but I wanted to let y'all know they are on there at the moment for anyone that wants/needs to pick them up.

Happy Hunting!!!

I'll pass. I have a pre-order on MP Soundwave. That's enough Soundwave related toy-love for me.

I know that Hasbro loves their redecos, but really...

Two of the same mold in the same wave?

Still, it's good to know that these guys are available.
I do like Soundwave.

Okay so I went to a local TRU and found both Sound :CON: there and even though I'm set on both Takara versions I was curious at the packaging. I noticed for the first time (sorry if old news) that both are holding a Optimus-like gun. So for those that purchased any 2 is the gun shown included or some sort of error? Thanks in advance for the word on this. ;)^ :VEHI:

:BOT: TRU now has FE and FOC Voyagers at BOGO 40% off  . Free Shipping on orders over $59.00. I picked up the following from site:

FE Voyager Prime (2)- $24.99 and $14.99
FOC Soundwave- $22.99
FOC Soundblaster- $13.79
Shipping FREE
Tax- $4.86

Total- $81.62

My local TRU is terrible. :BANG_HEAD: I have another within 35 miles of me but not much better. I hope that the minion discs come in soon but could not pass up on this offer plus the free shipping. I'm not overly thrilled with these molds, but if this is the closest thing we are going to get to original G1 figure concepts then this will have to do. I wish Blaster and Grimlock were on the site as well but hopefully soon. I hope the quality issues on my Primes are not too bad. I saw one FE Bulkhead but he had stress marks on both hands, blotchy paint apps on shoulders, and a huge scratch across his face. Come on Hasbro...we deserve better. HTS has none of these on the site and the last figure on bought on the site (FOC Ultra Magnus had two rights fists and all Hasbro would do was send me a $10.00 coupon because they did not have anymore in stock). Not only is this an expensive hobby but the poor quality control and lack of distribution are taking all the fun out of the hunt. :-(

Errr. I was on the fence about getting one of these.

Now I caved and bought both. (basically because I wanted both Laserbeak and Buzzsaw)

Curses, my wallet is foiled again.

If you're a few bucks short to the free shipping price point, please consider a donation to Toys for Tots.

Win Win.

Son of a gun...wish I would have known about the data disc packs when I ordered Soundwave, Soundblaster, and 2 FE Primes...would have saved me $6.00 in shipping for the two packs I just ordered. I do not know why these are so hard to find on the site but glad the link was still posted here as I could not get the 2 packs to come up using the search option. Why are people not jumping on these with BOGO 40% off? I feel weird having gotten exactly what I wanted and not been late to the game as usual. I now have to keep an eye out for two packages from TRU...hope they make it here before Christmas. I feel the need to transform something before I... :michaelbay: :BOT:

I agree as well.

I have been donating Transformers to Toys For Tots the last 7 years...every year I give $300.00-$400.00 worth of unopened Transformer goodness. I would love to see the looks on the kids faces when they see real official Transformers toys and not the dollar store stuff...come on I know there are collectors out there sitting on years worth of collected in the box figures that have not seen the light of day since purchase [-( ...give those figures a good home and a chance to actually be played with by kids who will love them as much as us! :KREMZEEK:

I had JUST ordered mine when I came here to report this news, ha! Funny thing is, these two packs don't show on ANY search you can do for Transformers products on their site. YOu would have had to search for them randomly. Thankfully, now there are the links for those who want them!

Well, the toys suck the big one but it's great to see the artwork. Soundwave's minions are hard to make out in the games. Ratbat's model is cool. Also, since Ratbat didn't appear in the game, I hope this is Hasbro's attempt to keep the name for a future Masterpiece toy.

Edit: does anyone else think Frenzy looks more like Enemy?
