chuckdawg1999, finally checked out What's on JOE Mind? I listened to the Chris Sims episode because I love his articles on Comics Alliance and War Rocket Ajax.

Good podcast!

Please listen to one of the earlier ones as that one was the worst we've ever done.

There was a lot of tension during the recording and it resulted in one of the guys leaving the show.

Not the USS Flagg but the new SHIELD Helicarrier for the Avengers film toyline could work quite nicely for GI Joes...

That Bruce Willis is a must own, Joe fan or not. $10 says we never see it.

So that SDCC Shockwave, is the bat that comes with him supposed to be a shell for him to download his consciousness into or something to do with the constructicons?

I think it's a nod to the Constructicons.

I really like that crossover HISS, and I think the new design is fairly nice. But, I like the PoC HISS, so, you know. Whatever my opinion matters for, I guess.

It's from WeLoveFine, which has a lot of cool licensed shirts.

I bought a Crimson H.I.S.S yesterday. I like the current/PoC H.I.S.S design, and there was only one of the red ones, so I grabbed it. Yay me!

I ordered 2 online for about $35 because... ya know, hasbro. Anyway they were totally worth it, awesome figure. If I ever find more at retail I'll definitely get a few more.

Have you done the interview yet? If you haven't please ask him about Cobra Commander's stupid blue face from GI Joe: The Movie.

We recorded the interview like a month ago. I think we asked him about the movie but in that regard we focused more on the TF movie.

Thank you so much but it could've been so much better. I wanted to ask him about his music and earlier days in comics but he sent an email to Justin my co-host setting parameters. I do think we touched some new ground that other sites haven't but, I can't help but wonder what if.

Still, I don't think I've heard Larry on many podcasts. But you're right that the show covered information that's new to me. I've only seen him talk on DVD bonus features like the cartoon boxset and Code Name: Blast Off but they usually cover the same ground.

I got a Techno-Viper and bought the regular Cobra Trooper from Renegades, despite not digging the aesthetic too much. The thing that sold me on it was the swappable head. Love the Techno-Viper, like the Trooper, hate his big, block gun. Junk!
Just an hour ago I got the Cobra ripcord bike from RoC, clearanced at TrU for like $5. I think it's called the Tiger Snake.
Just for my own info, can you remove that plastic vest the Joe figures wear? Without breaking it I suppose. If so, does anyone? Kinda curious.

Most of the vests, if not all of them, have a snap on the side to take it off. The only thing I've ever had to do is pop the head off.
