Cyber Bishop has it in his sig too. But the site itself is just a banner that randomly changes "Evil is..." and the pic of the G.I.Cobra type guy. I'm hoping it's going to be a G.I.Joe fansite the way this is to Transformers fansites (you know one of the best if not the best.) Either way the design looks good and I can't help but be intrigued.
