Yep, that's what I want as well, hence my idea of using molded soft rubber for the beast bits so that they can be integrated into the bot mode parts like on the show without hindering articulation but still having that fleshy/furry look.

Yep, that's what I want as well, hence my idea of using molded soft rubber for the beast bits so that they can be integrated into the bot mode parts like on the show without hindering articulation but still having that fleshy/furry look.

Theill have to use a rubber that will not dry out and crumble into dust over the years.

If we're talking 3rd party Beast Wars, I'd like to see someone like Perfect Effect take the idea on board. There could be a lot of improvements made to the original toys. I wouldn't be too beholden to the existing designs. The basics aren't easily changeable, so some details wouldn't need to be exactly the same, if transformations worked out better. Hiding some animal parts, etc, or changing minor detailing.

I'd like them in Classics Scale, which would be to say Ratrap as the smallest bot being Cyberverse size maybe? Commander would be as big as I could see him at. Work up size-wise from there, Dinobot, the spiders, Cheetor, etc being Scout and Megatron (Cybertron/United Beast Megatron is a good size comparison or stand-in) and Prime being about Deluxe. Save Voyager scale til you get to the Dragon, Rampage and Tigerhawk. This would make them more affordable and fit better with the larger G1 styled Classics/Universe etc.

Accessory packs or maybe special editions with add-ins would be cool. Energon crystals, Golden Disks, proto-humans, spider-drones, etc. Package them like they're in a CR chamber and I'll sign up for the entire show cast.
