Glitches in FOC

I've played through the entirety of the campaign on Xbox 360, and I've played certain levels over a few more times. I've noticed a certain glitch happening on Chapter 12, Grimlock Smash, as well as one on the Grimlock portion of Chapter 11 Starscream's Betrayal.
The communication holograms are disappearing. In Ch. 11, when Shockwave's hologram appears to Grimlock in the lab, I can hear Shockwave talk, but no Shockwave image appears. Same for later in Ch. 12. When the Dinobots contact Optimus, not only did he not appear, I didn't even hear his dialogue! Grimlock was talking to nothing. A second playthrough of the level yielded the same non-existant image, but I could hear Optimus' dialogue. Anybody else getting this?

Ive had some similar problems, but not as bad. During the first Shockwave hologram, I had it appear upside down. I dont know what happened, the voice and everything was still fine, it ws just upside down.

The audio in the Combaticon level is screwy. It sounds like Vortex and Swindle didn't turn their mics on when they talk. I had to turn subtitles on and the SFX effects almost all the way down just to barely hear them.

They just made an update. Anyone know what the fixlog for it is?

I'm on the PS3 and have only encountered a couple of glitches, only one of which is game-breaking.

I've encountered issues with the terminals/consoles in the game a couple of times. What happened to me was that either I could not get the "Press [BUTTON]" prompt to come up, and thus could not interact with it at all, or I'd have to position the character in a very odd way to get it to work. For me this wasn't a huge deal, as it only happened with a few of the optional terminals/consoles, but I have heard others say it has happened on plot/progression required ones as well. Fortunately this issue can be solved by restarting from the last checkpoint, and this game seems very good about marking your progress.

The other small glitch I've noticed is with the audio, specifically the dialog. It doesn't always complete. This seems to be a deliberately-made error in the programming, though. I think what's happening is that as the game transitions from one scene/line to the next someone threw in some crazy tight cut-off code for the speech, so it ends up cutting off a character a lot of the time. Like, I'd say roughly 70% of the dialog I heard was missing at least the last syllable for the last word, while at least a handful off times whole words were cut off.

However the only glitch I have that has, does, and continues to break my game is this: If I die/explode while in mid-transformation, my PS3 freezes. Completely. I'm not sure what's causing this or if anyone else has gotten the same issue, but it makes multiplayer a pain sometimes. Oh, speaking of multiplayer, I run into Host Migration issues and a "Connection Error 000".

I've heard of other glitches, specifically some guy on the FB page was adamant that the PS3 version was inferior to the 360 because the Swoop+Grimlock level was glitched beyond recognition. I had absolutely no issues with that level/segment though, and I haven't heard of anyone else having any either.

i had a part were i was playing as jazz or cliffjumper an had it spawn to many enemies an it lag up the game until the next cut scene its sucked

I had this too, on the grimlock level. Just restarted from last checkpoint (luckily it was just 10 seconds before at the door to the room) and it fixed itself. I found one spot on the cliffjumper level that I got stuck behind some debris, transformed to see if I could get out and fell through the floor. The only freeze I had was in between levels...just stuck on a black screen. Other than that it's been fairly glitch free on my ps3. I'm playing the psn downloaded version.

I had the game freeze up on me twice, both during Optimus Prime levels. I got some slowdown during Grimlocks first full level. There were too many Insecticons in the level. Then, when I got Grimlock to Shockwave, I didn't get the button prompt to transform. I was stuck there restrained while Shockwave worked. I reset to the last checkpoint which meant I had to take out those damn leapers again but it worked second time.

Also, I don't know if it's because I got it of the PSN but load times in level can be so long. After I finished playing in character creation for multiplayer, I went back to the main menu and it was loading for so long I literally had time to make a sandwich.

I'm noticing the glitches more and more. I think I glossed over them in the beginning due to how awesome the game is. This is at least their 3rd game. You'd think they'd have a handle on audio and simple button prompts.

Multiplayer loading is a real pain. There'd be riots in the streets if CoD had these kinds of MP issues.

only one i encountered was grimlock talking to prime and not seeing or hearing prime.

I've had that as well. It happened when Shockwave restrains Grimlock. The button prompt telling me to transform didn't appear. I knew what I had to do but because the prompt wasn't there the game didn't accept my input.

I've also had large sections of cutscene that have gone unvoiced and checkpoints that have refused to load.

I wouldn't count it as a glitch, but I'd be interested to hear if anyone else is experiencing a lack of response to face button inputs. Whether reloading, changing weapons or swapping shoulders, I often find myself having to repeatedly hammer the button to acheive the action I want, and it usually happens right when I've got an enemy bearing down on me. It never ends well for me.

I've seen several glitches. Worst was when i was playing Grimlock against the insecticons and the bruiser never appeared even though all the others were dead. It was just an endless loop of swoop bombing some insecticon fliers and that's it. So i looked up some hints to see what i was doing wrong since it was the first time i played. In the end i had to restart that section of the game which was a real pain. I also got stuck in one other place but i forget where. And sometimes the controls are just a pain in the neck. Not as bad as the first Transformers movie game, but annoyingly laid out and not always working like you expect.
