Thanks for asking. Darker green might do the trick. But otherwise, that's about what I had in mind.

Just coloured like that, and make his chest (wich already looks like this face) A little more alive looking in the eyes? Thanks in advance!

I've only browsed through this thread but it's obvious your skill is vastly superior to anyone I know of, do you think you could maybe look at this thread of mine about Knock Out and make him look more like the character model? I would love you long time and will post your pictures on my thread to show people how great it could look if you're willing to do it :3
