Guess the Character Game, the name tells it, i will write characteristics of a random Character, then you must guess who he is, as i said it will be random, this means it could be any character, from tv shows, Cartoons, Video games, animals, dinos, real people, EVEN FOOD MASCOTS! And it's up to you to guess it.

When someones posts the characteristics of a Character, the one who guesses it right has the chance to post his own character for others to guess.

Nope. Wrong show, but I believe Silver Shell is based on the one I'm thinking about.

The Elbow thing remeinds me a bit of Android 16.
But the Story doesn't even come close.
There are a few that come to mind, The Iron Giant, but he's a full on robot! Megaman? no. Astroboy? Nope. What tv station did the show air on? If even a station at all. If it's some obscure anime, I'll be lost in like 2 seconds...
