The other thing about Megatron is that once transformed, you have GIANT gun...I mean, it's a great looking gun and all but once you finish all the pain of him getting him into it. it's like..."Ok...now what...?" I love his robot mode though and I think the transformation itself is a highly impressive bit of engineering...Just not that fun to mess with...

I have two Classics Megs, however, and while I leave the Henkei one in robot mode for my display, I transform the Hasbro one probably once or twice a day just because I enjoy that one so much

Henkei Megs is my favourite incarnation of Megatron (moreso once I did some touch ups on the face). I used to transform him a lot, until I noticed I was wearing off the purple Decepticon symbol on the scope. That did not bother me much, but when the black chrome started coming off the shins, I clearcoated it and I leave it alone now. I do not have the space to display all my transformers in robot mode, just a few at a time with the vast majority stored in their more compact and less fragile alt modes.

I have to add TFU Ironhide to this list because it's extremely hard to get him to fit just right in SUV mode.

MP Megs' transform is nothing compared to @$#%& Slugslinger.

Add me to the MP Megatron list. I spent hours sweating bullets trying to get him into gun mode.

I was SO close, but I couldn't get the legs just right. I gave up. His robot mode is so awesome that I can live without ever seeing him in gun mode. The last thing I want to do is break him.

I never had any trouble with movie Ironhide. He's one of my favorite to transform from the movie collection. Barricade's stupid, spring-loaded arm is a pain sometimes.

Really? I've always had trouble getting him into truck mode...I get it eventually but it always takes me awhile...

I don't know why but I had a lot of trouble with my recent purchase, Deluxe ROTF Bumblebee, the main part of the transformation is easy enough but he just wouldn't fit when turning him into car mode. You push a door in, the back windows lock. But in the end I managed it, I'm keeping him cautiously in car mode at the moment, I'm scared.

they dont seem hard but a pain in the ass, you know how to transform them but it is a pain to get them from, form to form, for example RID skybite, and ROTF leader prime. those a a pain for me, also movie black out, it seems like he will break every time i transform him because of his arms.

i have that same problem. it's and easy transformation, but to get it to look right and not look smashed can be a chore.

I have to agree with many of you about Movie Megs (I hate you), Universe Galvatron (I hate you too), Movie Leader Brawl (I'm OK with you), Movie Ironhide (I wasted 3 hours trying to transform him into a robot and other 3 hours transforming him into a pick up).
Also, I really hate Movie Ratchet, he is nearly impossible to transform without the instructions, last time I almost broke him!

BUT THE MOST DIFFICULT TRANSFORMER I'VE EVER DARE TO TRANSFORM IS ULTIMATE BUMBLEBEE. He is so darn fragile, he makes Leader Megs look like he is a freaking Activator. Transforming his legs right is also a pain in the ***. And that's not all, getting his arms and the car doors fit while in car mode is REALLY hard. He's not even that fun to play with. I'm serious, he sucks so much he makes Safeguard look as if he was a Masterpiece.

Wow, I don't have trouble with any of these figures, although I got stuck during my first attempt at Ironhide without instructions cos I'd already read a review saying he didn't have waist articulation so I was blinkered towards the possibility of turning thw waist during transformation. How dumb is that?! I found it eventually but I think the whole transformation only took 30 mins without help.

I'd like to play with this guy out of curiousity. Trouble is I don't know anyone who has him and I wouldn't pay more than 10 for him so that'll never happen.

I actually used the instructions with Ironhide the first time I played with him, but you know, sometimes the instructions just make Transformers harder to transform.

The sad thing about Ultimate Bumblebee is that I got him because I thought he was fun. I was so wrong.

Wow, you can Transform Galvatron right, that's awesome.

R.i.d megatron is pretty challenging starting with the car and jet mode...the wings always get in my way >.<.

R.i.d railracer is a challenge too since its 3 of em and they lose balance easily =[.

The hardest i've encountered so far is Binaltech Jazz the legs screw me up every time and making sure the hood doesn't pop of when you tilt the chest down, it's something im always worried about. Binaltech Skids though is quite easy. One problem i do have with both is getting them to stand in a decent pose without them falling over

The Alternators are all hard to transform! But you shouldn't have trouble standing Jazz - he has moveable toes and something under the heel to help balance. For Skids you'll need to do the superglue trick to fix his floppy ankles.

Until today, I still facing problem transforming alternator optimus prime to his truck mode. Not difficult but never able to close up the front bumper/bonnet/wheels properly. When the wheels align properly, bumper pop out & vice versa....

I cast my vote for anything requiring the precision allignment of panels and tabs. I really hate that you have to spend such effort to line up little tabs underneath panels that don't seem to move that well in the first place. So, I guess about 96% of the movie figures-or at least nearly every deluxe- adn the Japanese beastformers.

ROTF Jetfire. Gettin to robot mode...not bad. Combining him with Prime...a bit of a chore, but not bad.

Transforming him from robot into jet? God that's hard! Gotta have every lil panel on top of the jet lined up juussssssssst so...or the engines won't fit right. And ya go to lock in that last bit...and Prime's big-gun pops off jetfire -.-

I left him in SR-71 mode for awhile after getting him there xD

ROTF JETFIRE HARD HAS **** BUT WORTH IT!!!!

Universe Deluxe Ironhide and Prowl. I also have Silverstreak but he's still in his box, as I suspect he'll transform similar to Prowl.

The Deluxe MOvie Bumblebees are a pain, too.

I don't think ill need to do the superglue trick, the ankles on Skids are really solid. The toes on Jazz confused me there isn't really an image of how his feet are supposed to look so i just sort balance it on the wheels and tilt the toes down slightly.. the thing under the heel makes balance worse though form my experience.

With Jazz, have you tried keeping the wheels on the ground and using the toes and the thing underneath his foot?

Why do you have trouble with Skids if it isn't the ankles? Oh I just remembered I had to do the superglue trick on the hip joint as well but now he's very poseable.

ROTF Mudflap. Where does his pelvis go in vehicle mode? He's the first transformer ever to really stump me even with the instructions. I can't get everything folded away properly, so his wheels wind up not touching the ground.

Will someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I feel like I'm going to cry.
