Cool! It's a remoulded (or should that be premoulded?) Overlord! I wonder which came first - any idea how old this is? The original Jap Overlord was '88, with the Euro version in '92.
I'm actually unusually curious about this line. What are the five Power Ranger 'bots? And the weird meteor base? "Trans Tody & Five Heros"?

From what I understand is a KO. Star Saber's head on Overlords body with a few minor remold tweaks. I've also heard its a pretty decent quality but also fairly rare. Came out early 90s, after the Jap Overlord but before the Euro release.

think about the reflector microman that goes well on ebay but due to the age being over ten years and condition and size it wouldnt suprise me

Damn, that's really nice looking. I was hoping it would be a cheap alternative compared to the real thing. =(
Looks like the godmaster members are missing the engine parts on their backs as well. and also the Star Saber shoulders are replacing the purple cones the original has. it actually suits it very well.
