Wasn't that the intent though? The aligned continuity is supposed to be the ongoing fiction instead of the Japanese 52 episode then reset style of series.

You're shocked? They said that the Aligned continuity was supposed to last a decade. It only seems fitting the major cartoons last that long (or at least half of that period).

Which gives them plenty of time for them to write a Prime movie. Jeff said they were thinking about doing it. I hope the follow up on it.

Prime iz superiorz cart00n.

Still, call me skeptical, but we are talking about a poorly put together
Press kit, I mean really poorly done, and our first account of this is third hand from someone in
South America?

Doesn't line up, also, there's no actual writing, just quotations of what was supposedly showed.

Not being an ass here, just pointing out some obvious issues.
Considering Hasbro would make sure to get the rights before they put millions into
Production.

It would be so awesome if the Star Seekers showed up in season three!

Myself, I am hoping they make some kind of appearance during the first half of season 3. Because while I am surprised Sabrblade did not mention this but each season begins in February. And this says Fall of 2013. (But I forgive him on account that today is Thursday.) Which means we are going to be seeing one of three things:

1) A mini-series that will result in a new series, quite possibly starring the Star Seekers. (Again, explaining the transformation toys.)

2) A major season 3.5 event, again possibly being planned into a series tie-in/spin-off. (And again, hopefully starring the Star Seekers.)

However... Based on what I have just read, it will not involve/include the current Battle Beast line on account that it is now a Diamond Select toyline. But that line has nothing to do with the original toyline, besides being animorphic warriors.

Yet, however, it can involve Takara Tomy's Beast Saga - On account that the toyline could include vehicles and fortresses that contain transforming features. Not sure on account that they are not (yet) going down the path, but I cannot rule Hasbro out on that yet. So I guess we have to wait and see, as this is going to happen in a year from now. ;)

Do note that this is real early in the production for the new sub-title of Prime. While the crew of Prime have already been recording (and possibly animating) Season 3, perhaps this means half-way into Season 3 that we'll see "Beast Hunters" as being a gimmick in the show (and, of course, toyline).

Probably this. Could be because of the Dinobots & Star Seekers being introduced a few episodes prior?

I know. I said it in my second response, prior to you guys talking about how it will not be Battle Beasts... Which it cannot be name-wise, as that name is now owned by another company. But it can still involve Beast Saga in some way, like I said before. ;)

Besides, I am also assuming that by the time it is finalized and on the air, I'll be in an area where I cannot watch it as such. So for me, the biggest Transformers related concern is if I should continue sticking with my list (as-is) or allow Supreme Commanders to be added to the current stage of my want/wish list. :-B

I know about the Aligned continuity lasting that long, but I didn't think the Prime cartoon would go that far. I was thinking that we might get a sequel Aligned cartoon with a different name by then.

And I certainly did not imagine the Rescue Bots cartoon lasting that long. I figured it might go for about two or so seasons then either end or have its characters integrated into Prime.

I mean, no Transformers cartoon has ever lasted for more than four years (unless you count "season 5" of G1), so for us to finally get one that overcome that is quite startling.

Turns out Hasbro used an existing piece of art as stand in for this image, as the dragon thing is from DnD.
