One guy seemed to know what is was and said not yet. Anyone else find TRS employees to be among the worst for customer service? I thought toy people would be happier people....
The days of store employes knowing about their products is long over, they would rather hire a moron who works for minimum wage and can be fired on the spot than someone who knows about the products but will only work for $10 an hour and job security. Sometime you will encounter a person who will research the stuff after getting the job but thats rare. Besides with comouters now all they have to do is type in a keyword and look it up, not always helpful but thats how they think now. Just another reason why i miss K B Toys, the people who worked there knew everything there was.
