I was able to exchange mine today with a batch from another store. This one's a little better. None of them are going to be 100% perfect so I'm happy this one has less issues.

So we've reached the point where spending $100 on an item doesn't guarantee perfect QC. That saddens me greatly.

It has been like that for a while i think. Think about Takara MP9 1st release, that was a $200+ toy.

My MP also has a scratch on the cab which stinks b/c of the high price, but I can live with it. What really gets me are the floppy joints in the ankles and shins. These are design faults that should have been taken care of before production. Anyway I try not to care too much since I consider myself fortuante to have one in my posession. Plus, toys have never been perfect. There are always imperfections. If yo want something close to perfection Takara's first MP 01 is damn close, QC was top notch with those guys. In my opnion it is still the best figure ever.

Just talkd to toys r us in my town and they said that they get their invoice on wednesday morning and the delivery on thursday. She said to call on wednesday morning to see if they got any in their delivery and if they did she can hold one for me. If you want one call your store and see what day they get invoice and delivery. good luck.

well it is true, I went on a wild goose chase today for him... after being told that a store had 2 in stock!, and nothing, but I did find some very nice TRU store managers that gave me the inside scoop, every store in my area is only receiving 2, yes only 2! I saw it myself in their system, some were cool enough to show me, some stores showed 2, some stores showed waiting for 2, everything was 2! and some stores had no clue when and if they were getting more... but I called 2 stores in my area that are getting them tonight, so they told me to call as soon as they opened so they could reserve one for me, now that'd be a good bday gift!

well guys and gals, keep on hunting, he's out! but will you find him?, oh! and it's going for $109.99! I also heard... I dont know if its true... that the TRU in Times Square is going to sell it for $149.99... wow! thanks to the scalpers...

Just got mine in Jackson Mi. You have to have this figure in hand to truly appreciate the sheer awesomeness!

Do we have any idea when this is going to be shipped from TRU.com?
