help! i have a problem with tru mp optimus prime

help! i have a problem with tru mp optimus prime

First of all, Merry Christmas to everyone! One of the chest panels stays slightly open ,when it is closed in robot mode. Even when it is in truck mode it stays the same way. Is this issue a common qc or it is it just mine? :-?

Weapon: Twin Concussion Blasters
Open it up and make sure all the parts inside are folded in correctly. Transform it a couple of times again, if necessary.

Weapon: Twin Sonic Cannons
most likely there is a bit of flak where the hinged joint comes into contact with the chest. Try a light sanding of the areas where the chest bit comes in contact with the main body,

Common problem in my opinion, on the Hasbro MP10 and the Takara MP10.

I can think of a few possible reasons for the misalignment; windshield screws, bumper/ matrix area, thick plastic around windows or a general assembly misalignment.
Wanted: Jack, Miko and Raf from FE Pack, AM Breakdown, any good Blackarachnia, any affordable MPs especially Grimlock (I can dream)
Selling/ Trading: My Gears of War collection, including NECA figures, lancer replica, signed comics, etc.

MP-10 us release seems to have bad qc issues, i have 2 takara mp-10 (both flawless) i have 2 hasbro mp-10... 1 has an issue where the leg front panel wont stay flush it pops out, and my other has the same chest issue... so it is a qc control issue, we americans have no pride in anything we make, even when someone else did it perfectly.
