Help!

When will Transformers DOTM be released on DVD? I have a medical condition that prevents me from going to theaters so I have to wait till then to see it . Does anyone know when that will be?

And where is the best place to buy 3D glasses for home use?

No release date yet that I;'m aware of. Wait a few months.

As for 3D glasses, assuming you have a 3D TV they come with the glasses. As do many of the 3D enabled Blue Ray players.

3D tvs start around like 1000 bucks, and the glasses themselves start at about 60.

As for the release date...... it all depends on how well the movie does in theaters. If it's dominating, it will stay in theaters longer.

I once saw some 3D movie DVDs that had their own 3D glasses, but that was then, haven't even seen that DVD around.

Rumor is that the DVD will see release in late September, perhaps even the first week of October. Most movies hit DVD in 3-4 months now.

As for 3D, there are different types of 3D tvs.

I normally don't recommend this brand, but at the price, I can't complain...

Wal-Mart has a 32 inch Vizio 3Dtv for $498.00
It comes with 2 pairs of glasses, and uses polarization, the same technology as Real D, which is what's used in theaters and the Optimus/Bumblebee masks. All you need is that TV, a 3D Blu-Ray player ($150.00) and the movie in 3D.

Fortunatly it's not that kind of medical condition. I just can't listen to deep base noises or anything that comes out of a decent speaker system without full body pain. Even hymns at church hurt. Something to do with inner ear dammage from when I was a kid. Transformers, with all those engines revving and explosions, on a theater sound system would send me whimpering to the floor. These movies are the only three times I've really regreted the problem.

There was a release date a few weeks before the trailer came out, but I forgot. It's October something.
