I think this is one loco posting! Either my grasp of English has diminished but........6 henkei Galvatron(?) for sale and yet he's got just 1 unit available? Is that 1 set of 6 Galvatrons or just one piece of Galvatron?Talk about misrepresentation! Or deliberate confusion!

Do I have a legal standing at reporting this to ebay?

He has each of the items individually numbered. Just go into other items and hit sort by price and shipping highest first. Have you had a look a eBay's help centre? Although eBay will probably just turn around and say "we can't control what price the seller wants for it"

The price per se is not the issue. Its how many units he is selling. 6 henkei Galvatrons. see the original post. And yet it states 1 unit left. 6 units of a unit?

I'm even trying to give the sale some justification.....#6 henkei Galvatrons for over US$ 1K. Expensive? There's a sucker born every minute but in the info corner, only #1 unit left?

Is that not confusing or misleading?

He has about 8 of them for sale at $1165 a piece. If you look at his other items you'll see that each individual Galvatron has a 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 before it. He isn't selling 6 X Galvatron's. That Galvatron happens to be the 6th one of the 8 he has listed. eBay's customer support should be able to point you in the right direction if you do decide to take the matter further.

If thats the case............That is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced indeed!

I do see where you're coming from too, so don't be Fen, I've snooped around a bit and have reported this listing under "listing practices" and "fraudulent listing activities".

Still, if in the event someone was on some serious meds (or off) and are some how interested but didn't wanna pay the high price for a new Galvatron the seller has a used one posted for only $265.00.

Now even though that's a hell of a lot cheaper than paying over $1000.00 you would think free shipping right? C'mon seller free shipping for all your Galvatron's!!

Good thing that you understood my point too BD. Price is in the eyes of the beholder. Heck, budget willing, I'd bid until I max out my funding if I really want a certain item.No way would I want to question the reasons why a seller posts his price, though in this case, it kind of smells fishy And the way he presented his wares.....if you aren't sharp, I'd have read his #6 henkei Galvatron as 6 henkei Galvatron.

The price he's asking for nearly borders that of an MISB Victory Starsaber set or even a Fortmax.

Same here Nemesis Destron, the same vendor is selling a loose version for $265? Wtf?

Like in "Pawnstars", there are a lot of vendors who put out outrageous prices for some of their items which at times, aren't realistic.
