I didn't know that Henkei Bluestreak was out yet.
Looks like your right launcher is defective. Seems like the plastic part wasn't formed correctly back at the factory.
Where did you purchase it? Perhaps it can be exchanged for another figure?

The right one is definitely defective. If you can exchange it, I would recommend on doing so. I have Henkei Prowl and mine does not look anything like that.

oh so it is a defect i don't think they will replace it they don't do that here. I bought this in a specialty toy shop in the philippines
