Very cool stuff! I've got a buddy who does carpentry work, and I'm thinking about seeing what he'd charge me to build something similar. How much did yours end up costing you if you don't mind me asking?

Hey AtOmic, no problem. So, I live in Brazil, and I don't know if telling you the price is gonna help you ... anyway, the carpentry job costed about US$200 and the doors + glasses about US$150. It may seems a little expensive, but seeing your hole collection in one single display is priceless.

Hmmm, that's really not bad considering how nice you cabinet looks. I'm sure it helps that you were able to do most of the work yourself.

I wonder if lumber is cheaper in Brazil? (is not making a deforestation joke)

A gave to the guy who built it an old wardrobe of mine, than he used some parts of it, so I can't tell you if it's cheaper! When I got married and bought a custom kitchen my wife asked for, it was very, very expensive ... I think the prices, in the end, are almost the same!

Hey Genocide, since I started this collection I have a simple rule - Deluxe's class or smaller only - (Of course, there are the combiners and Unicron), but, sometimes I wonder if I'd buy these ones you said (they are awesome), Voyager class Optimus, Hegemon (Megatron) and many others. There's no much sense on this, but, it looks better for me. Thanks for posting!

Doubledealer93, you should buy or make some of those shelves. They may be pricey, but seeing your whole collection displayed is priceless !

That is a great collection! You have some really awesome bots and that cabinet is gorgeous! I love the tiered set up you came up with on the shelves that let each row of bots rise up to be seen better. I may have to try to work on something like that for my collection to handle crowding issues. Excellent work and thanks for sharing it
