As usual, Im confused. Is legends a size or another "class" of t former like foc, rotf, etc.
If its a size then smaller than deluxe or larger?

Legends were the previous names of "legions" up till pre-dotm. Then DOTM introduced Cyberverse, and Legends were renamed Legions.

I've been wanting that Bee since the Costa IDW run. I'm really excited about this wave. Not only does everything here look great, but I think that Orion Pax could easily become Ratchet and Ironhide if Hasbro wanted a remold.

Expect the two to be between Legion and Commander, as Legends Class was the old name for Legion Class. Not to mention it's now used for 2-packs of Minions

As for their partners, they'll possibly be Mini-Con-sized.

Holy snot! So those figures will range from smaller to significantly smaller than deluxe figures then yeah?...
It should be against the law to release kick ass figures that are so terribly off scale that it makes them undesirable.
Luckily for me I have the classics henkei voyager prime so I really dont need a classics looking prime. I hate that anyone who had their heart set on a nice sized prime has to be bummed out though.
Matter of fact, I would have really loved to have had that prime in a nice sized deluxe size incase I want to pose a closer to scale classics prime with the rest of my deluxes.

And it only goes for Optimus with Roller and Bumblebee with Blazemaster. Orion Pax, IDW Bumblebee, IDW Megatron, and Trailbreaker are Deluxes.

Which Bumblebee? There are two of them: the Legends-scaled, Targetmaster-ish, awesome one and the Deluxe, IDW-based one that's pretty cool but not as cool as the Targetmaster-ish one.
