Only for the third one and now the fourth one did he said that.

Also, notice that I said "could" not "will", leaving ambiguity open for the possibility of Bay not leaving.

OH, OK. I wasn't sure about the first one, but I swore he said he was leaving after ROTF. Guess I was wrong. I did also forget about the whole "could" thing, I remember when I read it, that stood out to me as a safety net, a "I never said specifically I was going to leave after TF4, I just said I could."
