99% robot mode. I only have a (very) small handful of figures in vehicle mode.

Weapon: Dual Bladed Sword
Personally, It depends on my mood and spare time. Most of the time, I display the autobots and decepticons separately in robot mode. I may make special displays (wreckers display, cartoon based bots, game based bots etc.) But It really does depend on my mood.

They are in Bot mode unless they have too ugly of a bot mode.

This for me. Most of them are robots, but a few are in alternate mode, depending on how they look.
Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

Mine are in Bot, but does everyone have them just standing there? I spend loads of time finding a pose that suits them both in terms of Figure limatations(IE Armada Overloard recolour Ultra Magnus, cant do squat with him!) and Character(IE Prime Wheeljack got him looking like he is running all ninja style!)
