It's enough to make a guy wish he had been alive in the 80's when Fort was only $99.99.

When you do the math and adjust for inflation, a Fort Max from 1987 is worth about $214 of today's dollars. So even then Fort Max was expensive.

Literally just got an email from BBTS saying that the price of Fortress Maximus has dropped $20. Good times!

That was a nice email It isn't much compared to the full cost of the thing but I'll take that discount any day. It's $20 I can, hopefully, put towards MP Sideswipe

Or just those who are into what Takara Tomy has to offer. The rest are stuck with "short stack" Optimus Prime and a modified Soundwave... And maybe torches and pitchforks when they hear about this.

But I digress - We have the newest Transformers manga debuting in this month's issue of Kerokero Ace, Hasbro putting out two vintage pieces (even if they are not perfect), and Takara Tomy putting out these within the next few months.

Yup... I think it is a great time to be a TF fan right now, and I am hoping it will get better from hereon out.
