Maybe it's drying as you stroke? I Have no clue, I JUST Got into painting, literaly like a day or so ago, and have only painted Topspin's Mullet blue. I have no clue as to what's going on, hopefully someone with more experience can shed some light on this situation.

The only thing I can think of is either the paint hasn't been mixed together correctly or the brush hasn't been clean between paint apps, which means that already dried paint in the bristles of the brush works itself free when you start apply new wet paint. This has happened to me a couple of times and if your painting directly from the paint pot, that can become contaminated also.

well someone on the boards here said there is not enough thinner in the paint and that the thinner evaporated out of it and that adding more would help, im currently testing that theory :-(

That looks awful! Usually thinners make the paint thinner (obviously) or runnier, not globy, so it should have the opposite effect. Maybe add more thinners to the mixture, however it does need to be mixed thoroughly though.
