Those two are indeed custom jobs, and not even of Transformers toys. Despite the hodgepodge that the two are, I can spot and name some of the figures they're made from.

The organic looking dinosaur one is made primarily of knock-offs, I know of a toy line that actually featured (shoddy) robots transforming into realistic dinosaurs. The head on that one is the only Transformer part in there, that belongs to Armada or Energon Unicron.

The other one is mostly made of figures I know quite well: they're from the DinoZaurs line by Bandai, which features transforming Dinosaur fossils. Glancing over it, I think it has about every figure of that line in there!

There were actually several toy lines featuring those realistic dinosaurs toys, all cheaply made and the robots were blocky. The last one I've seen stems from... has it really been 5 years? And it's not Beast Wars at all, the US line only had a "Raptor", a T-Rex and Pterasaur.

Wish I could give you more details than that, but they've been released under many names, as Knockoffs tend to do. I do have a gallery of a prime example of what such a toy looks like:

About the DinoZaurs toy line, it did get some exposure in the US thanks to the anime, but it was largely overshadowed by Hasbro's Beast Wars.
