I just sat down for a fan interview with my friend Joe, who is a long-time Transformers loyalist. Up until the Classics came out, I confess I was a hater because of angry childhood memories of the animated movie. Joe and I decided it would be therapeutic to air the grievances in a video, with Joe providing the positive pro-Transformers balance to the piece.
What I didn't expect was that by the end of shooting the interview and editing the video together, I had come to a place of appreciation for Transformers, thanks in part to a fan with an irrepressible positive outlook.
Anyway, hope you enjoy the video. This honestly isn't an attempt to troll as you will see when you finish the video. I wouldn't have become a member of this forum to search high and low for Classics toys if the outcome had been any different.
