They both look great. They both also need blue optics.

What is it with iGear's minibot line and lack of blue eyes? It's not like that'll save them from Hasbro if it comes to that. It's just stupid.

But that's a minor point. Pretty sure I preordred these a dog's age ago. Wasn't going to, but they look awesome, so I broke.

I'm looking at these and I am seeing nothing about them that Hasbro couldn't have done. They aren't like most third party products that are a bit over complicated to have worked as an official product. These on the other hand could have easily been produced in the CHUG line.

But they haven't been done. And may never be done. Plus, these are at the lower end of the 3rd party price pool.

Believe me, my comment was intended to be a compliment to the people who made these products. It is also condemnation on Hasbro for not doing them.

The problem is that these would take the spotlight off Bumblebee. That's a no-no.

I am happily awaiting both. I love Cosmos's bubble head.

Whoah, wait a second....why are the upper arms now silver? That bites, I want it to be green.

I think I even like the previous arm sculpture better, I don't think articulation would have been that awful.

Happy with Brawn, Cosmos? Not so much. But he still looks better than the Hasbro legends-class alternative. Wonder what September means in iGear world. I'm gonna stick my neck on the line and say mid-October. 8)

Both look nice. The bot modes of both could use some stickers or applications though.

If Hasbro released them I'd buy them but I'm not paying 3rd party prices, especially not with Brawn's short thighs. Shame, they look great (apart from the short thighs).

$35.00 is hardly "third party prices". That's less that a Takara deluxe figure and both together are in the same range as the Takara scout 2 packs Frenzy/Runble and Windcharger/Wipeout.

Brawn is perfect. Cosmos is 98% perfect minus the stupid buzz lightyear helmet. I wish they had made it removable for those who dont want a comic book Cosmos. Im still getting both anyways.

I believe the dome for UFO is removable.

One thing they have kept out of the spotlight is the fact that Cosmos's waist stick out (down) in alt mode. I have noticed it in a couple pictures. It's the reason why there are any pictures of him in alt mode resting on a table.

still on the fence about Brawn. the move up to Scout/Prime RID Deluxe size is still a bit annoying, since their Huffer is great, and I've got loads of other minibots at that size. However, it does look like a good toy, although, maybe a tad too green? (Brawn was more of an olive kind of colour, right?)

Cosmos is an easy pass. I don't give a damn about the character and this toy isn't anywhere near good enough to make me change my mind on that. Looks pretty good for what it is.

Suppose I'll see what money I have nearer the time. If they're supposed to be out in September, I'll maybe pre-order at the end of that month.

Bring on Gears and Beachcomber! And the Sharkticons too for that matter.

Outback and Whatshisname Outback don't interest me at all, though.

hmm....I wonder if we will see any of these new ones released before the end of the year?

Beachcomber looks great!

I agree. Cosmos head sculpt makes him look really evil I think.

Not-Brawn looks totally awesome (another replacement for an original I had as a kid)...but UFO doesnt look a thing like the chubby, stout little Cosmos we all remember and loved.

If they become available seperatley (iGear only has them up for preorder as a set, last I looked), i might be able to resist and only get Hench...time will tell though :-P.

Reminds me of Skeletor. Woulda much preferred they stuck with the original head. Kinda debating canceling that one since other than articulation, I'm not sure how much of an upgrade it is now.
