Whelp I won't lie. I was pretty disappointed by the fact that Has-blow canceled their First Edition line, with distribution being absolute garbage in the states. But holy crap, I can not even express how hard I laughed when I saw the price for the RID voyagers. 26.99!? nearly an 8 dollar increase for a VOYAGER class figure because it has some crappy LED gimmick!?. On top of a mold that has inferior paint apps compared to their cousins? I'm sorry but no...just no.

I will gladly go pay my scalper prices on Ebay for the First Edition's. This line has already ruined itself in my eyes by releasing two different molds. The latter being the shittier looking, on top of the explosion in price.

Yes I see the hypocrisy is complaining about price and then paying scalper prices. But at least with scalper prices I know I'm getting the superior product that we should have gotten in the first place.

Voyagers will still be $20 at Target.

Yeah. $26.99 is the as-usaully-inflated price at TRU.

Jackpot! Scored Cliffjumper, Wheeljack, and SOUNDWAVE at the TRU in Rockford. When I left there were one of each left. Good luck.

Weapon: X-Ray Laser
Target on 83 (Think that's Darien?) had exactly two Cyberverse Bumblebees from Prime. And the regular DOTM detritus that won't ever go away.

Last night, TRU on Butterfield had a couple TFP Cyberverse figs- Bee and a single Vehicon, along with the one Arcee that I bought. She looks great w/ the Deluxe figs.

Several Bot-Shots too, they are so tiny and cute! Mostly OP, a Starscream, Bee, a couple others.

Hello everyone!

Im making a trip to Chicago this weekend, what collectible shops do you recommend? I see there is a Rotofugi and a Quake Collectibles. I might go check those out.

Thanks!

Not sure if you've already been in town, but Quake is a cool place. I like going there to browse the store. It's like the childhood dream toystore that has a little of every toyline you could want, and then the bins of loose (and often broken) figures.

Rotofugi is all vinyl figures and stuff, of which I'm not a fan. But some of them look kind of neat.
