SUCCESS!!!! I found one Rescue Bots Blades at KMart in Des Plaines, the last place I expected to find him. My little boy's face literally lit up when I sprang Blades on him tonight. All is forgiven, Hasbro.

Also found the Kreon microchangers, first time I've seen them. I bought the ones with the 7, 8, and 9 last digits- Spinister, Galvatron, and Sunstorm respectively. $2.99, I thought they were more. Super fun. EDIT- Sunstorm was missing his head, apparently.

I think this story will sound odd, or at least, I find it odd.
I just got the whole first wave of the Kreons minifigs. I'm an adjunct professor at a couple of colleges, so part of my job is driving all over the place for classes. One of my schools is College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, and there's a TRU on Butterfield Rd and approximately Highland. I stopped in there to see if they had the GDO figures that were reportedly found in Naperville last week. They didn't, and I didn't see any MPs of anyone or anything else that was of interest. Just for laughs I checked the Kreo section and they had two boxes of the minifigs. I couldn't pull up the number breakdown on my phone so I just bought one of each last single digit and opened them in the parking lot, sitting in my car. I ended up with the whole set.
When I got to CoD about twenty minutes ago I again sat in my car and built Galvatron. He is surprisingly better looking in person than he looks in the picutres. He's in the pocket of my shirt right now, and it makes me chuckle, like it's a dirty little secret I have.
Perhaps the best part of this adventure is that TRU had the Kreons for BOGO, so I got all six of them for just over nine bucks.
Looking forward to putting the rest of them together.

Out of pure luck a friend of mind found the Asian exclusive Generations deluxes at TRU...Springer, Wheelie, and Cliffjumper...Looks like there has been a major mixup in the distribution network. Again.

Where are the sightings at? I've been looking all around the Chicago area, and it just seems like the scalpers have been winning lately. Lots of eBay auctions up from Chicago area sellers. Guys if you see anything new post about it.

I have been updating the stores for my area for the toy sightings.
Let's see if my area will ever get Optimus Prime(masterpiece). I doubt it.
The TRU has been displaying tons of old items.
That is the thrill of the hunt.

There have been some postings, but man things have slown way down. It used to be at least 2 posts a day, now it's goin weeks. I have to check sometimes to make sure my notifications are working.

Found Kup, Rumble and two Vehicons at the E.State Walmart in Rockford. Picked up the two Vehicons {sorry guys } but there's three more Walmarts and two Targets in this town, so I'm sure they'll be floating around.
