JB, check your local TRU's. That's the only place I have consistantly seen Voyager Prime. Last time I was there, the TRU in Schaumburg on Golf Rd had several in stock.

Thanks, muswp1. I wish I could get to another TRU, the only one really close to me is the Burbank,IL. And they haven't stocked anything new since mid-July. :-(

Paid a fast visit to the West Dundee Target and aside from a bunch of redeco Jazz and Starscreams, they also had a Titanium Ultra Magnus and a Titanium Sunstorm from the War Within series as well as 2 WW Starscreams and a G1 Scourge. Nothing else of note.

The Schaumburg Target on Higgins and Meachem didn't have squat.

Check my TRU again yesterday, right when they opened and yet it seemed every other line like Star Wars, WWE, GI Joe, DC Superheroes, etc. was recently stocked and yet no new TF. What the heck!

The Target in Elgin on Randall Rd has 1 WW Fallen figure. Nothing else there of note.

The Schaumburg, IL Wal-Mart got a similar restock of the DVD Primes, all 11+ of them were still regular price.

The Family Dollars on East State and on Broadway in Rockford
have a small stock of Universe Figures:

Arcee
Windrazor
Doom-lock
Minicon Preceptor
Insecticon

The Family_Dollar has also gotten the Galaxy Convoy Prime and Metroplex. I went to the F_D on Irving and the one on Belmont and both of them had one of each figure, Leader sized, for $20. I picked up the Galaxy Convoy Prime at the one on Belmont. I've seen him online for close to $100. So $20. seemed like a real deal.

However in both stores they weren't with the regular toys. I actually found Prime and Metroplex in the automotive section.

still no luck with Target or Wal-Mart. Lots of Cyberslammers and RealGears stuff. Other then the Target exclusive G1 Jazz and Starscream it's still been lots of empty pegs.

Hey, it's been a little bit of a while since I've given any updates.

Anyway, a heads up, a new Kiosk has opened at Old Orchard in Skokie, in the food court. It was a nice surprise to see the TF selection while coming back from my lunch break, haha.

They've got a lot of busts, some Encore Soundwaves, Revoltech Prime, Megs and Ultra Magnus, the Free's, and some other interesting pieces.

Go give them a visit! The owner, or at least the guy who's been there when I have was really hospitable.

Btw, they've got a listing on Craigslist, and according to the listing, they should have some great figures coming in soon!

Heres the listing:
http://chicago.craigslist.org/nch/tag/424418881.html

I'm going to pay them a visit on my break this evening to see if they've got anything new.

Take care guys, happy hunting!

The 24 hr Walmart in Springfield had as of 2 days ago, about half an aisle dedicated to Transformers.
They had cyber stomping Prime?
a couple of the big '08 Bumblebees (retailed for $70-80)
Robots in Disguise Jetfire
Devastator/Brawl?, etc
They had quite a lot of figures I didn't actually spend much time in the aisle and I don't remember exactly what was there, but the part of the aisle that was dedicated to Transformers was filled half with figures and half with other TF merchandise.

Anyway I hope this helps someone.

Bonecrusher
Wreckage
Brawl AKA "Devastator"

The Decepticon Truck I cant remember his name from the game, grey and purple big Decepticon symbol covering him in alt mode, real nice.

All in all about 15 pegs filled with these, I was in utter shock.

Also some Unleashed BB's and a Prime, One movie Voyager Starscream and a bunch of real gear items.

Checked out a couple of Targets yesterday:

Rt72 and Meacheam had nothing notable.

Barrington Rd and Schaumburg Rd has a couple of new Real Gears, Wiretap x3 and Nightbeat x2, other than that nothing.

Wreckage-4+
Bonecrusher-6+
Scorponok-4

Also in the clearance in Lawn and Garden, at least 8 Alt Ravages and 6 Alt Rumbles.

I paid a visit to the Target in Des Plaines on Mannheim Rd today (next to the Allstate Arena) and got a major shock. They were just putting out about 12 or so "Evolution of a Hero" Bumblebee 2 packs. A Target employee was setting up an endcap display with case fresh Beatmix Bumblebees and two packs. There were about a dozen of each on the endcap. I imagine the other Targets in the area might have them soon also.

Also the Target had some Elita-1's if you were looking for them.

Hey all, went to a couple of Wal Marts and a Toys R Us this weekend.

First, at the Wal Mart on Touhy in Skokie, there were a bunch of wave 1 and 2 restocks. Actually, from wave 2, I only saw Dropkick. There were a bunch of Rescue Ratchets and Thundercrackers as well! Leader Brawls and Megs everywhere too.

At the Toy's R Us on Golf, across the street from Golf Mill, They had the Blackout/Scorponok two pack, and some wave 1s left over. Also, two damaged box Cybertron Primus', no Unicron head.

At the Wal Mart across the street from there, it was basically the same deal at the Touhy Wal Mart, except for no Leaders. They also had another two pack, I can't remember which though, sorry. Also, there was one BB as of yesterday (sunday).

BTW, I heard the Target on Touhy had the BB two pack, but only one left on Sunday.

Oh, and the small kiosk in Old Orchard had a shipment of Collection Megatrons, and some other good figures as well. I clearly remember them having the Insecticon pack. Anyway, go pay them a visit!

Happy hunting!

Paid a visit to the Carpentersville Wal-Mart on Saturday. Aside from the usual mega-restock of Barricade, Brawl, Scorponok, Bonecrusher and Swindle, they had a ton of Voyagers. They had 2-3 of every Voyager made including Thundercraker and Rescue Ratchet except for the orignal version of Ratchet.
