Interesting...if I didn't already have Bludgeon I might consider it.

That smirk makes me go "Meh". I'd rather have a past Voyager mold retooled as G1/G2 Optimus, since I never had the priviledge of getting the first Classics toy, and I'm not going to pay an arm and a leg to get one from a scalper.

I'll stick it on my "Maybe" list.

Throw ROTF Bludgeon, Classics/Timelines Gigatron, and HFTD Banzaitron to that list.

Ugh...

That head is pretty fun looking but it does not fit AT ALL with that body. Also, why fluo green?

I may buy this ONLY if it come to Québec and ONLY if it's on sale.
I already have Bludgeon and Banzaitron afterall.

Nice but I wish he had different feet and some camo. As he looks now, he's a no for me.

I'm sure there's a better G2 Megatron coming from a 3P toy maker somewhere in the future.

I would have remolded the chest, the hands, feet, arms, legs, and waist.
Just sayan.

The head sculpt JUST DOESN'T GO WELL. A G1 head sculpt doesn't go with a bay-former body. You can argue all you want but I cannot picture Megs with chicken feet and tits.

Megs...a ninja? um...no.
Megs as a tank....HELL YA.
Megs with ninja swords....um no....but definitely with a large mace and a massive sword.
Megs with a MASSIVE Fusion Cannon.....OH HELLL YA!

This rendition is an epic fail.

Technically, he's supposed to be a samurai warrior. Animated Prowl prior to side-car upgrade would be the ninja.

This figure is supposed to have the G1-esque head sculpt because that's how the original G2 toy had it. And really, there aren't many Voyager tanks in recent years that could pass as a CHUG figure (ala ROTF Bludgeon). At least, none that come up out the top my head as of the writing of this post. What I would like to see is either a Deluxe or a Voyager version of the FOC Megatron design.

Eh, if you squint really, really, REALLY hard, it doesn't look too bad.

But I guess even then it still doesn't look good.

If I squint anymore, my eyes will be closed. And then it becomes nightmare fuel. And then my brain needs bleach. And I can't afford it. (The bleach, that is. Can't afford the bleach.)

The head sculpt and colors are pretty cool, but the body just does not work for Megatron.

The overall image isnt that bad, but does need some improvements though.

First off Megs needs a a new head, dont like this head and gives a off misinterpretation of the figure and Megatron's character altogether. And the head is a blend of G1/Cartooniness and Hasbro needs to pick one or the other, not combine them.

Second: Needs either new swords like what Head-Robots did with Bludgeon or a new weapons all together. Hello 3rd parties, Work your magic on this one.

Third: Really dont care for the feet on Megatron, I mean its fine for Bludgeon, but Megatron and these feet really dont go together very well.
