It's so sad that this line never reached its full potential.

I was kinda wanting Banzai-Tron just because I really like the Alternity seeker mold, but he's too pricey and the color scheme isn't that impressive. To me anyway.

What's wrong with them? They may not look that nice, but are they as neon as the G2 toys?

I actually like the bright colors, they make him stand out next to the other seekers. It's actually the fact that they chose solid black for the car mode that throws me. I would have liked to see something different/less plain looking I guess.

Agreed. But I theorize that it's because these are "Exclusives." The only unique head molds were Cliffjumper and Starscream.

You theorized correctly. Namely because the storyline to the series was completed long ago, and those being added from that point on are exclusives. That, and the Planicrons would be the best to explain why Dai Atlas and Gold Bug were not present, yet received their own exclusives. Plus, the remaining gestalt of Megatrons would both explain why Galvatron does not look any different and why Banzai-Tron is making a post-series entrance as well.

The rest, however, are explained in the stories made for the series.
