I also preordered a jet vehicon...I still need a regular vehicon!

No to Botcon...they are still being held too far away for me to justify it. And with all the drama surrounding it i think i am better off.

There is still SLAGACON!

The new wave came today, and I only got :CON: Vehicon oop so far. It's a great figure with lots of upper body articulation. Not a bad size transformed, compared to how liittle car he is. I hope I happen to find a few locally to have a group. I'm sure the vehicon jet will be awesome as well, if this is any indication. :APPLAUSE:

I really hope they get a good distribution here as I would like to get 4 or 5  but if it looks like they have dried up before you guys can get one just lemme know and I will come off a couple to help my fellow collectors out. :BOT:

Kind of late posting this, but I got voyagers SS and Bulkhead about two weeks ago.

Has everyone quit looking and collecting? We never see or hear much here anymore...

I ordered them from BBTS. I know what you mean about the "Prime" line, although it seems like the figures are getting better as the series progresses. I'd really like to see Hardshell as a figure, I hope they do it.

I preordered MP Soundwave and Red Alert, they release in Dec.just in time for my B-day! ;)

all 3 MP's are a must have for me. I just don't see how they are going to all be released the same time. But if they do I will be ready!

Im becoming more focused as a collector. I have set my attention to what I really love to collect and display and trying to ignore everything else. Its easier to afford the pricier, more desirable pieces that way. one Masterpiece TF or a timeless G1 compared to 5-6 deluxes from a line I probably will lose interest in? easy decision.

I feel all growned up

Things have been quiet here! I've found most of my stuff out of town although TRU two weeks ago had one voyager Bulkhead and Starscream, which I grabbed. I ended up ordering a case of deluxes from hasbrotoyshop that arrived yesterday so now I have a vehicon.

A bit out of my usual K-Town zone but the logansport Walmart on Mall Rd has 2 Knock Outs & 2 Hot shots as of 6pm. I got the lone Vehicon

And thanks for the store heads up in Ft Wayne, didn't find what I needed but good to know where so many places are up there

Our local retailers suck guys.

I have been looking when I can and I KNOW Boomer hits up several stores a day and we have seen diddly on vehicons or any of the new wave.

All I want is that damned Vehicon!!!

I'm really over going on hunts and coming up empty handed. It definitely takes the fun out of collecting when there is nothing to collect :BANG_HEAD:

I'm glad as hell I ordered the Vehicon when I did as it looks like we will never see it in a retail store, which is bullshit. Anymore I am ordering what I feel would be hopeless trying to find, sure it may cost a few more bucks but at least I have it, and I feel my time is worth something, so I'm not wasting it chasing a figure you will most likely never see..

I did receive notice my three FOC figures shipped, should have them Monday. I assume Shockwave will be another htf figure.

Last rant I have is the growing price on the shrinking toys. We're now paying $15 for a large 'scout' size figure. Wtf is Hasbro thinking?! I've been collecting TF's since the 90's and this hobby has really changed. You used to get the value for your money. I have to laugh, back when I ordered my Brave Max I thought $100 for it was outrageous, but went ahead and got it as I always wanted FM. Now we're paying $100 for deluxe size third party figures and not batting an eye. It makes collecting a lot less fun when you are so limited by price  I don't know about the rest of you guys but I have to badly want a figure to spend that kind of money, and can't afford to get many of them. Hercules was last time I will spend that sort of money on a figure again.

This hobby used to be a lot of fun...what happened?

I feel ya man. Its really gone downhill, especially if you wana collect whats current.

Hell I even just miss the back and forth discussions here, but without anything to have a "sightings post" about it kinda just renders this thread pointless.

I found it best to just let my wants for anything current take the back burner, otherwise I get too worked up over something that is supposed to make me happy.

I have shifted almost all my attention to collecting G1. They are always available, and although they may be more expensive I believe they are worth it. I really cant see PRID dead end or bumblebee fetching top $ 20 years down the line.

I find more joy and involvement in finding great deals on vintage figures then being able to clean them up and restore them.

I really do love where im at with this hobby currently...I just wish the hobby currently was more enjoyable. If that makes sense.

Saw 3 dead ends, four bb's, a soundwave, a knockout, and a few others at Schererville walmart. So yea, i guess they skipped the Vehicon :/
