Just wondering about the thread you mention in which higher levels are making fun of a level one... I don't think anybody here could even afford to make fun of new-comers: they are the lifeblood of this game.
In fact, most higher levels around here try to help lower-levelled players, with tips and by sending energon for arms and armor. I guess the only people who might be made fun off are the total freaks who join us now and again on the forum with crazy talk, or else the people who seem to be up for it anyhow and can give as good as they get. So as far as I'm concerned

As was already said: the Arena is bugged, up to the point that peiople don't use it any more. The missions will give you a better chance at finding opposition.
Also, half the fun of the game is in your forum presence. We all enjoy smack talk, but anything at all
(except spam and intolerance) is fine really. It's always nice to get a feeling for the person your own characters are coming up against, or who are joining you in your fights. The forum is pretty quiet these last few months, but most people check in now and again.
