Ok, since the names aren't mentioned most of the time:

Dreadlocked bot with cutters behind head: Crankcase
Quadroped (four-legged) Dreadlocked bot: Hatchet
Last Dreadlocked bot: Crowbar

Those three are known as the Dreads.

Red Ferrari: Dino (as in Dee-no, will be named "Mirage" in the toy line)
Blue Mercedes, Einstein lookalike: Que aka Wheeljack

Small Smokes-a-lot: Brains

Blue Nascar: Topspin
Green Nascar: Roadbuster
Red Nascar: Leadfoot

Police bot at execution scene: Barricade (yes, he's returned)
Silver Mercedes: Soundwave
Flying master of disguise and assassin: Laserbeak

And finally, Megatron's pet walking head: Igor.
