10/10 just for the crotch shot. Pfft. Kidding x3
Seriously though, it looks good. I (like most people) was also unimpressed by the KO toy (to say the least). The detailing gives it a nice touch. The paint seems just a tad thick, even though the colors are pretty much spot on. It has a lot of texture compared to the original paint, so it sticks out a bit more (only a tiny bit though). Another minor detail is some yellow paint from the rims speckling the tires a bit. I've heard a hint from other repainters who use modeling clay to cover bits like that they don't want painted. The yellow details on his door look good too, but to get a really crisp edge I've also heard you can use masking tape for straight lines so it looks steadier. These are all seriously minor things though that I'm only nitpicking to give advice. It's a seriously good improvement over the original toy, so kudos to you!

I really dig it. I wasn't going to pick up Knockout, but after seeing your work here I grabbed one yesterday and plan to hit him up with a few touch ups. The yellow really does set everything off nicely. Nice work
