KO Classics Optimus: Is it Bad?

So I need some opinions from fellow Seibertronians...
If you've known me for a while, then you'll know for several years now that I've been looking to buy the Voyager Classics Optimus, but I don't want to give into scalpers for a $20-30 dollar figure, nor am I comfortable purchasing from something that isn't an online shop. So, I've thought about getting this KO from chimungmung.com.
Other than the obvious paint differences and the blatant Decepticon badges (Reprolabels, here I come!), it appears to be of good quality, but looks can be deceiving. My question: does this KO have notorious quality control? If it has poor quality, then I may change my mind.
