Since I know some people were curious, the order I made the day after they announced they were closing was delivered today. Shipped EMS. So if you ordered around then, with the same type of shipping, yours might be arriving any time.

They crush the boxes a bit to fit them in. I think you have to accept that their shipping people will try to smash anything they can into a box to save a buck. That's just part of dealing with them.

I got shipping confirmation of a KO SG Rodimus to finally fill out my Shadow Scyther Armour a few days back, which makes me happy. And they put up preorders for their KO dinobots, which is also great.

And yeah, they've been smashing boxes ever since they started.

I know, it's just that the shipping is killer. I would order again, if they didn't hike up the price on the purple clone seeker. I know myself though - if I bought the rainmakers I would then have to sell a kidney to buy TFCC's G2 Ramjet and vomit inducing SG Thundercracker. As I type this, I realize that I just didn't want to open that completionist's pandoras box. That day-glow green is quite sexy though. What a conundrum.

But, yeah, the shipping is killer. I have a bit of disposable income, so I bought the Rainmker set, but until now I contented myself with Acid Storm, "Sunny"storm, and the cheapo blue KO of Thundercracker as my set of Rainmakers. They work quite well and were MUCH cheaper than this set.

I'm more of a character completist than a color completist. So I'm not going to buy every color type for these Seekers; just the ones that can represent an official chaarcter. THAT is my interest.

Well ... that and G2 Ramjet and AM Thundercracker. Just because.

You can get the rainmakers 3 pack...Aces delivers alot of the same items that KOtoys does especially the CHMS seekers. I have ordered from them several times and they are spot on.They are based in california and they ship really fast...

I got my KO City Commander…didn't take a pic though. Sucks that they are getting shut down, looks like the scalpers got ticked. That's OK, I vote with my dollar, and a scalper will never earn another vote from me.

I ordered on 30 November 2011, a day before they announced that they were closing. I had ordered from them twice before, and used the cheaper shipping method. I wish I had done that this time. It’s been 20 days, (I think 30-35 is the normal time for the cheaper shipping method). I have a tracking number, but when I type it in it says that there is no information for the tracking number. Fingers crossed. I did pay by PayPal, so there’s that. But I’ve never had to use the protection before. Is it difficult?

I put in an order about a week ago for a KO Nemesis Prime for my little brother's KO Shadow Commander armor & a few other things. It was my first time ordering from them, made account, paid with paypal(around $50), got an order confirmation, checked paypal, they took the money & my bank verifies this, now my account has been deleted from their site & I can't find any info. This is some bullshit. Was wondering if anyone else's accounts were deleted so they can't check on their orders? Any info is appreciated, thanks.

Yea, i just tried to log in to my account as i see they reopened the store somewhat, and it seems it was deleted as well. However, even before it was deleted, i noticed my orders werent even showing up on my account so i emailed them. They responded and gave me a tracking number. i'm assuming all of the madness going on with their website is why they deleted accounts, but they seem to still be taking care of all orders. You should email them to make sure though.

File a paypal dispute, they don't answer e-mails.

Kate responds to emails all the time. Contact them. It's possible that the site is down, but at last report they were shipping all the final orders.

I just made an account and ordered 2 of the Perfect Effect Reflector upsized KO. Everything went through just fine. I did the 2-5 week shipping so I may have a bit of a wait but I'm not in a hurry to have to repaint it. At this rate, I'll get Reflector and the FP Insecticons at the same time! Now I'll just need Maketoys Giant to re-bolster my Decepticon shelf.

Thanks everyone. I emailed them asking for info. No response yet, will let you know if I get one. I hope I do because my brother really wants that prime KO. I bought the KO shadow commander armor a while back until I could get a new fp one since mine was destroyed. Got a new one & he loves the look do we're putting a KO together for him since he doesn't care about authenticity.

my account got wiped as well when they changed the site....

i still have yet to be given a tracking number yet but i assume thats just coz they busy getting all the final orders out

pisses the **** outa me tho because the last night before it happened i wanted to make an order with them but was figuring i could wait till payday to get them......now im screwed....

kates english is....ok...its just she doesnt understand 100% and ive asked about making an order from them direct and i just havent gotten an answer....looks like ill never own death starscream now or wonderfest henkei convoy

im based in the uk and that guy just takes the piss with shipping and his asking price. That figure was $9.99 from kotoys and was even less when i had him in my Kart for 8.99 loose with various other things

ordering from that site the guys basically making me pay TWICE for the figure and then one and a half times that for shipping to the uk

in essance i would be paying x3 times more than what i could have gotten it from kotoys for

ive tried to contact kotoys as i wanted wonderfest convoy and the chms rainmakers ect....kate just isnt answering my question...i was going to buy these the night before they took everything down but i hesitated as i was waiting till payday. Now i feel screwed over and cant seem to get a reply from kate for just buying direct off them
