Firstly, attention! I know eng, but very little. My knowlege of eng based on RPG game on PlayStation XenoGears. And "Galaxy Force" subs. Please excuse me for any possible grammar\syntax\semantic errors.

I'm adult Transformers collector - 20+ ages since 1990. You can viev my really BIG collection (over 200 pcs), visit my site "Transformers Zone" - the truthful, comprehensive information about the transformers toys. Detailed photos and description. Examination of the strong and weak sides of the TF-models. Recommendations for the purchase, the alteration, repairing TF.

You can see MORE my collection on this link - of course, its photogallery with revievs :)

Russian language? Yes, i'm living in Russian Federation. You can read my revievs on eng lang, with use automatic "Google translate" menu in the left corner.

Next, its my collection.

My First Transformer

October 29, 1990 I meet up with my first Transformer. This meeting was largely determined my future life. Before that I was fond of aircraft models, I liked the process of building model airplanes. And it all began? ..

1990. I was 9 years old. I was walking with my mother. Calm October evening, late and overcast. Burning street lights, small drizzling rain, fine - almost invisible. In the bright circle of light located near the girl, on a cot where lay the children's diverse stuff: dolls, key chains and so forth. Stopping to look at all this stuff, I saw a small white plane, sealed under a bubble on a blue planshet. The plane was unusual: his body is not like a sleek, streamlined body models, he had 2 tail, somehow stacked one on top of another, and a slit nozzle shape. When my mother and I began to consider it - we saw the fuselage with a HEAD and red eye, back under the body were beaten with fists, and the side below the aircraft cannon and rocket launcher lying. Finally, intrigued by the mysterious combination of mechanical - "Why did the plane head, arms and gun?" - We bought this strange machine. 6 rubles was worth it - not cheap by the standards of the time.

At home, we carefully examined the alien machine from outer space. It was enough to straighten the tail and landing gear - the plane has finished "aircraft" look. And then what?? Instructions on the planshet was not, only 3 photos, from which there was one clear - the plane. Have been able to understand, and I saw a wonderfully sight to see an expanded twice and a third folded, the aircraft has found his feet, hands and head, becoming a slender, graceful robot gazes at me. It was love at first sight, although I had no idea that Valkyrie will captivate my heart forever...

More years later... More has happened since. Valkyrie has long been on the comp-table, turned into transformers base. Yellowed, has not transformed an ancient relic of my Transformers. Ancient... and still a favorite. Looks like on that and the Valkyrie - "The Witch", queen of hearts.

"Forest Protector" - original Chinese toy line. The most elegant feature of the TF - unusually bright eyes of animals. Eyes are not just well drawn, also covered with gloss.

Hi, first off, even as KO's, that is a cool colection

I have a question for you, if it isn't too much

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/84 ... nsfor.jpg/

In the back of that picture there is a green and tan tyrannosaurus rex transformers with it's head on its chest and his tail split and sticking up on his back (he is the tall one in the back), can you take a picture of that individually? I want to see if it is one I had as a child. It would be awesome if you could, and even more it it is. I've made an RPG character out of that toy, and would love to show some friend pictures of the toy my character was based off of.

Edit: Never mind, went on your collection sight and found it. It is the one. So freaking cool. Your collection just made my day.

Your Perceptor and Scalpel photo made me wonder why Hasbro didn't ever try and release that mold in a new color and call it Perceptor?

Is good idea, but this release be possible from fans, as custom only.

1). Perceptor - autobot, Scalpel - decepticon.
2). Perceptor allready release in "Reveal the Shield" with alt-mode jeep/artillery.

Did you know, Scalpel's name from Russian transfans - "Crabscope". Perceptor as "Crabscope" look very nicely.

I was elated to see that figure. As a kid I had gotten it from a dinosaur party store (they did birthdays where they let you dig in a big sandbox for bits of bone). I loved the thing, and incorporated it into my beast wars as a character named Dinoboss. Over the years I've drawn him and redrawn him and I've told friends the origin of my character but could never find pictures for them to see. Check them out if you are interested: (from oldest to newest depiction of him. The first couple you can really see all the visual cues of the toy)

All of those stem from that toy. Man I wish I could find one of those again.

Thanks for sharing these pictures of your collection with us. It is fascinating to see pictures of someone's collection from Russia. We don't hear from a lot of Transformers fans in that part of the world. I would love to know more about your experiences with Transformers. Is there anything unique to Transformers in Russia? Comics? Cartoon dubs? Have you seen the Transformers cartoons? Do they air in Russia? Anything you can tell us would be very interesting to hear. Thanks again for sharing your collection with us!

Funny >:oP. I know seibertron since when it was just a news site with several galleries. I understand that you think -Russia it is a kind of big village, but it is not. We usually without advertising their presence here or on other similar sites and forums :-$ . We are just like you watch the news about TF, as well as you buy stuff on eBay or shops which ships internationally, make a custom TF. Your questions about whether Layri watching seasons and saw a comic amused me :D . Layri one of the oldest fans in Russia and has seen quite a few. Our problem in the absence of a large Russian community of the TF fans. Serious fans of rare and mostly single. I have repeatedly tried to get them together but for various reasons it was not possible. Most of the fans in Russia are pupils. Transformers became widespread than just with the release of the first film. Therefore, we have almost no adults who grew up with Transformers. At a time when you have crowds of fans walked at con's and making sub-groups, our country has changed its status. Her fever. With these changes no one thought about robots. About them spoke only in the year 2000 -2001. It was a Beast Wars series. At this time, I assembled a collection of 150 toys. They were mostly BW and the 1th generation. I am sure that I'm a single fan of Transformers in Russia or just in Moscow. None of my friends and acquaintances was not familiar with this topic. by finding Layri I resumed the search for the fans in Russia and Ukraine. Largely thanks to the cheetah, I found them. I repeat - we exist, but we have very little.
I beg your pardon for the mistakes. I do not practice English in Moscow

I selftaught. Most of what I know learned by playing role-playing games in English and reading of different texts. Write to me easier than talking. In college, I taught business vocabulary, which was not needed in my life. Since then, many years have passed and I was a little worried that I can make mistakes. Also in the Russian language there is a saying -"навык не пропьёшь" :D this roughly translates - something that once learned - is not forgotten))

I appreciate the answer but that wasn't what I was asking. I was asking what the specific name of that knock-off version of Microx was, so I can track one down for myself.
